Not Allowed

  • Illegal, prohibited, or restricted items
  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Duplicate, spam, or misleading advertisements
  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour
  • Circumventing platform fees or systems

Enforcement

To maintain a safe and trusted marketplace, Aalababa may take the following actions where necessary:

  • Remove or disable access to content
  • Restrict visibility of listings or accounts
  • Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts
  • Report illegal activity to relevant authorities

In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, Aalababa.in has appointed a Grievance Officer.
